Okay - add this kid to the list of "you should get out more!"
A 17 year-old Chinese boy, after losing a schoolyard fight, poured gas on his rivil and set him on fire! His excuse? I "had lost himself in World of Warcraft and when he committed the crime he had transformed into a Fire Mage." Um - right - next time I get a speeding ticket, can I say Project Gotham Racing 4 made me do it?

 This is Tingle's spin off game of the RPG sorts, I don't know what to think about it. I remember when it first came out in Japan, I was crossed between weather or not I actually wanted to play it. Leaning more toward wanting to. It kind of faded into the background and I've since forgotten about it. But in a surprise twist of fate, it just got dated for Europe.

 Okay, so the Sonic games haven't been so hot as of late. With the acception of Sonic for the Wii and Sonic Rush for the DS (at least in my book). S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl is headed towards some follow up titles. The Developers, GSC Game World based in the Ukraine, announced yesterday that they are turning Stalker into a franchise - meaning there will be "several" upcoming products based in the Stalker "universe."

More details from Activision about the Transformer game. There's a few gameplay differences between platforms, but the story line is the same for all.
The movie comes out July 27th, and will probably have the Autobots defeat the Decepticons, but in the game you can choose which side you want to play (but we knew that already).

With over 500,000 sales in pre-orders alone, did anyone see this not happening? 1,000,000 Pokemon games sold in less than a week. Thats one heck of an accomplishment! But alas, I too got sucked into the mania that is Pokemon...

 EGM is reporting that BioWare formed a new online development team to create an MMO version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. There are serveral topics at BioWare's forums discussing the new MMO. As of yet, BioWare has not confirmed if it is KOTOR, but we're hoping. It could also be based on DragonAge.
