Ok, I admit this isn't game related - but it is entertainment related, which is related to video games, so I'm going to post it here anyway. I'm a big fan of the show "Journeyman" on NBC. And I just found out that they are cancelling it!  That sucks hard!!! It's a great show.

If you like the show (and even if you don't) you can help by telling NBC executives that they have their head up their you-know-whats, and that they should keep Journeyman alive. Save Journeyman has a website with information on what to do.

California's Govenator was DE-NIED on Monday as a federal judge ruled his laws concerning the limiting of the sale of violent video games to be unconstitutional. The law, passed in California in 2005, was deemed nescessary by legislators who argued that violent video games could "could bring psychological harm and spark aggressive behavior in minors." Various associations proptly sued to overturn the law saying that the games were protected under First Amendment laws.

Nintendo WiiAccording to the opinion of IDC research analyst Billy Pidgeon, there will be a Wii shortage until 2009. He comes to this conclusion based on the fact that the Wii's are still selling out. Of course they're still selling out, they're awesome. But, in my opinion, there will be plenty of Wii's to go around in the near future.
