End of 2007 sales numbers are out for the gaming platforms and the results are not a big shock. 3.63 millions Wii's were sold, while "only" 1.21 million PS3's were purchased.

Pleo wants to be your friend.I wasn't sure if he could pull it off, but Santa apparently found a Pleo in his large sack of goodies for my 10 year-old daughter on Christmas morning (she was a very good girl - that was never in question). But is Pleo worth all the hype? Here's my hands-on review.

Ok, I admit this isn't game related - but it is entertainment related, which is related to video games, so I'm going to post it here anyway. I'm a big fan of the show "Journeyman" on NBC. And I just found out that they are cancelling it!  That sucks hard!!! It's a great show.

If you like the show (and even if you don't) you can help by telling NBC executives that they have their head up their you-know-whats, and that they should keep Journeyman alive. Save Journeyman has a website with information on what to do.

Harmonix thinks Activision does NOT rockIn a statement on their Rock Band community forums, Harmonix claims that even though they have developed a patch that will allow PS3 Guitar Hero controllers to work with Rock Band, Sony is refusing to release it due to complaints from Activision.

Grand Theft Auto 4 (IV)According to The Street, Take Two Interactive (the programmers that bring us the GTA series among other titles) is running low on funds. Because the company didn't make the original October release date, they might run out of money before they can get the game on the shelves.
