Now, anyone over the age of 16 should remember the nation-wide controversy surrounding the sensational trial of former NFL star Simpson. To put him in a game is chancy at best. To put him in a football game where the player can put him on the roster of the fictional "Assasins" whose mascot is a knife-wielding shadowy figure with a hood? Well, I'll let you draw your own conclusions. But if controversy equals sales, as it usually does, Take-Two will get their share. O.J., on the other hand, will not. Relatives of Ron Goldman have secured a court order which seizes any money O.J. might recieve for having his likeness in the game. Simpson was also ordered to turn over his contract with TTI and any related materials. At an ESRB rating of E 10+ we can all enjoy that endzone dance.
